Have been a patient of Dr. Santa Marias for ten plus years. He is absolutely the best. Completely thorough, always researching, learning more, on the cutting edge of any new research. High recommend him! Probably the best Doctor that I have ever seen. He gives you all the time you need while in his examination room and explains things thoroughly. Staff is wonderful and very helpful and always get back to you to take care of your needs. They all go beyond the call of duty. Great physician!

We live in times when doctors didn't just stop examining patients, but don't even look at them, staring into a computer the entire visit. Before Dr.Santa Maria I never ever had a doctor who would examine every inch of me. I have a very complex condition and he took time figuring it all out. Simply the best. I also had two follow up consultations, as I don't live in Boca. The onlything I wasn't really happy with was his receptionist who was very nice while we were there and had totally different attitude thereafter.

I just want to thank you. You took more time explaining things to me than ALL the specialists in almost 3 months in the hospital. If I lived closer you would be my new primary care doctor! I now understand my condition better than any time yet, including the three cardiologists who worked on me.

Dr. Santa Maria has been my doctor for the last two years. There's no one else I would trust more. His practice is concierge, but very affordable. He's particularly educated on treating chronic illnesses like Crohns, chronic fatigue, POTS, Mast Cell, etc. He's able to provide IV's in his office if you're dehydrated (or do regular saline therapy), being part of his practice means you can reach him DIRECTLY by phone 24/7 and his office staff rocks and always gets me same day appointments. Recommend him to everyone I know. After bouncing from one specialist to another with crazy, uncontrolled symptoms I finally feel like I'm with a doctor who's actually helping me get a grip on handling it and getting back to my life.
